Accountabilities:

Productionize state-of-the-art AI models, including transformer models and LLMs, for practical applications
Collaborate with research teams to implement cutting-edge advancements into deployable systems
Partner with customers to integrate AI solutions into their technology stack and workflows
Own projects end-to-end, from problem definition to deployment, ensuring high-quality, reliable results
Contribute to the growth and strategy of a fast-scaling technical team, wearing multiple hats as needed
Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs
Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and operational reliability

Requirements:

Experience as a machine learning engineer or applied AI practitioner, ideally delivering AI products for external customers
Practical experience with transformer models and large language models (LLMs)
Track record of owning technical problems end-to-end, learning quickly, and delivering solutions in fast-paced environments
Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively with research, engineering, and product teams
A passion for solving complex, real-world problems with customer-centric focus
Prior experience as a technical founder or in a similarly autonomous role is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to adapt, work independently, and thrive in a high-performing, distributed team environment
