This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Member of Product, Security in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, security engineering, and regulated financial infrastructure, shaping the security foundations of a complex digital asset platform used by institutional clients. You will define and drive product strategy for security capabilities that span custody, authentication, key management, policy enforcement, and cloud defense. Working closely with Security, Platform, Compliance, and Engineering teams, you will translate regulatory and risk requirements into scalable, developer-friendly controls and workflows. The role requires strong technical fluency and the ability to balance security rigor with product usability and delivery speed. You will own the roadmap for critical security platform capabilities while ensuring auditability, observability, and operational excellence. This is a high-impact position where your work directly strengthens trust, resilience, and compliance across the entire platform.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the definition and execution of security product strategy, ensuring that core platform protections are robust, scalable, and aligned with regulatory expectations while remaining usable for engineering teams and clients.

  • Own and drive the security product roadmap across areas such as authentication, authorization, HSM workflows, secrets management, cloud defense, and policy engines
  • Translate regulatory, audit, and risk requirements (e.g., SOC 2, FFIEC, ISO 27001) into actionable product specifications, controls, and engineering requirements
  • Partner with Security Engineering, Platform, Compliance, Risk, and Product teams to design and deliver secure-by-default systems and developer tooling
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and post-launch validation frameworks to ensure control effectiveness and continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional execution of complex, multi-team initiatives spanning security architecture, infrastructure, and product systems
  • Establish clear documentation, evidence collection, and reporting mechanisms to support audits, governance, and compliance verification
  • Influence technical design decisions by contributing to threat modeling, system architecture reviews, and secure design standards

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience in security or platform environments, with strong technical understanding of modern infrastructure and security systems. You are comfortable working across highly technical teams and translating complex requirements into practical product solutions.

  • 6+ years of product management experience, including at least 3+ years focused on security or platform products in regulated or high-assurance environments
  • Strong technical fluency in areas such as authentication/authorization systems, cryptography, HSMs, secrets management, or secure software delivery
  • Experience translating regulatory frameworks and audit requirements into product and system specifications
  • Proven ability to ship platform or security controls that balance developer usability with strong security and compliance standards
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and secure infrastructure design
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, executives, auditors, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-team initiatives and drive execution from concept to delivery
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and attention to detail in high-stakes environments

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package with equity options
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible and remote-friendly work environment
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Retirement savings plans (e.g., 401(k))
  • Wellness and mental health support resources
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • Exposure to cutting-edge digital asset and financial infrastructure technologies
