With Bobbie, we hope you can Bottle Boldly.</div>The RoleBobbie’s clinician-facing arm, Bobbie Medical, is looking for a seasoned infant nutrition sales leader to oversee medical sales operations alongside our existing sales management team. This role will report into our Medical Team Lead. The goals of this role will be to drive brand awareness and increase clinician education on Bobbie’s products, build and train our field sales contractor team. The ideal candidate will be independently motivated, comfortable conversing with medical professionals, and thrive in growing external relationships.What you will accomplish: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Co-lead medical sales strategy implementation, which includes identifying the target audience, customer segmentation, customer insights, and engaging medical practices in our clinical community and product education</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for managing and training medical contractors to drive performance and achieve field sales goals. Accountable for monitoring and delivering on key success metrics</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Represent Bobbie as the point of contact for assigned medical partners</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Conduct sales calls to hospitals and physician offices to network, provide resources, and grow brand awareness</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with clinicians and clinic partners</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Sales management and support of Medical Events (in-person and virtual), including building out educational webinars, in-person events, and medical conferences</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Maintain and update the CRM system alongside the Medical team</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines for interacting with healthcare providers</li></ul>What we would like you to have: <ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">5-10 years of medical sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in infant nutrition</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Availability for domestic travel (30% of the time) to support engagements and meet with medical clinic and hospital partners</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">CRM experience</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Ability to quickly learn how to use new software/tools </li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Comfortable speaking to clinical audiences (MD/NP/RD etc.)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Works well independently</li></ul>You’re inspired by our core values:<ul><li style="font-weight: 300; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Be Radical - We are change makers, rule breakers and stigma shakers.
