With Bobbie, we hope you can Bottle Boldly.</span></p></div><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Bobbie’s clinician-facing arm, Bobbie Medical, is looking for a seasoned infant nutrition sales leader to oversee medical sales operations alongside our existing sales management team. This role will report into our Medical Team Lead. The goals of this role will be to drive brand awareness and increase clinician education on Bobbie’s products, build and train our field sales contractor team. The ideal candidate will be independently motivated, comfortable conversing with medical professionals, and thrive in growing external relationships.</span></p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What you will accomplish:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Co-lead medical sales strategy implementation, which includes identifying the target audience, customer segmentation, customer insights, and engaging medical practices in our clinical community and product education</span></li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Responsible for managing and training medical contractors to drive performance and achieve field sales goals.
