As the Medical Director for<br>Women’s Health, you are a scientific ambassador and a critical pillar of our Medical Affairs team. You<br>will bridge the gap between complex molecular science and clinical practice, developing high-level<br>relationships with clinicians, researchers, and professional organizations to elevate the standard of<br>reproductive care.<br>This is a field-based leadership role for a clinical expert who thrives on translating data into clinical<br>utility. You will lead the narrative for our Women’s Health portfolio—including NIPT and carrier<br>screening—ensuring that our life-changing technology is integrated effectively into daily practice.</p><p>Primary Responsibilities<br> Scientific Leadership: Represent Natera as a clinical expert before academic institutions,<br>healthcare payers, and professional societies (e.g., ACOG, SMFM, ACMG).<br> Clinical Education: Deliver high-impact scientific presentations on Natera’s reproductive genetic<br>products, focusing on evidence-based utility and patient outcomes.<br> Strategic Collaboration: Serve as the primary medical resource for R&amp;D, Marketing, and Sales to<br>drive the clinical strategy for the product pipeline.<br> KOL Development: Identify and cultivate partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the<br>obstetrics and genetics communities to advance the field of prenatal diagnostics.<br> Clinical Oversight: Provide medical guidance on complex cases and non-standard lab results;<br>develop and refine SOPs for medical escalations to ensure the highest quality of reporting.<br> Content Governance: Review and approve medical education and marketing materials to ensure<br>scientific accuracy and alignment with clinical guidelines.<br> Research &amp; Publications: Contribute to the strategic direction of investigator-initiated trials and<br>collaborate on the development of high-impact scientific manuscripts.</p><p>Qualifications<br> Required: M.D. or equivalent medical degree.<br> Preferred: Board certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) or Clinical Genetics (ABMGG).<br> Expertise: Deep understanding of clinical genetics practice guidelines, cfDNA technology, and<br>the evolving landscape of reproductive healthcare.<br> Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a fast-<br>paced, high-growth environment.</p><p>Knowledge &amp; Skills<br> Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to synthesize complex genomic data into actionable<br>clinical strategies.<br> Public Speaking: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey sophisticated genetic<br>concepts to diverse audiences clearly and accurately.<br> Strategic Agility: Ability to think globally about market needs while executing precisely on local<br>clinical support.<br> Collaborative Mindset: A track record of working effectively across medical, commercial, and<br>laboratory teams.<br> Operational Excellence: Highly organized with a rigorous attention to detail and a commitment<br>to meeting the highest standards of patient care.<br>Requirement: Ability to travel up to 75% to engage with partners and attend key medical congresses.</p></li></ul><p> </p><h6>#LI-TR1</h6><p> </p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location.
