Accountabilities:

Create, launch, and manage high-performance Google Ads campaigns focused on user acquisition and revenue growth.
Develop and optimize Custom Audiences to improve targeting precision and campaign efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to align ad visuals and messaging with performance goals.
Research, test, and validate new audience segments, keywords, and bidding strategies to scale campaign performance.
Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize performance against key KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Support end-to-end execution of paid media strategies across multiple products and markets.
Contribute to ongoing experimentation efforts to improve acquisition efficiency and marketing outcomes.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Media Buyer or Performance Marketing Specialist, with a strong focus on Google Ads.
Hands-on experience managing performance-driven acquisition campaigns at scale.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
Experience working with KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion tracking.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams to improve ad performance.
Strong testing mindset with experience in A/B testing and growth experimentation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with multiple priorities.
