Growth Manager
We're looking for a strategy-minded Growth Manager with a strong understanding of digital marketing to drive cross-channel growth for our clients. This hybrid role combines Account Manager duties and Paid Social Media Manager responsibilities to lead day-to-day management of performance campaigns and develop effective paid social strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of e-commerce growth experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in interpreting campaign data, and experience managing paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat, and LinkedIn, as well as retail media campaigns on Amazon, Walmart Connect, and Roundel.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Certifications: Certification in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.
- Attributes: Demonstrates intelligent thinking, strong organizational skills, an eye for detail and accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to create comprehensive growth strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience demographics.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns across email, social and retail platforms like Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart Connect, etc., ensuring optimal targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
- Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact, leading day-to-day communications and client meetings. Provide regular updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and optimize cross-channel media spending, conduct regular analysis of campaign performance metrics, and implement A/B testing to derive actionable insights.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with campaign managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Traffic cross-functional teams effectively and manage work inputs.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI on ad spend.
- Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for client account updates, recommendations, and results.
