About the Role 

As a Marketing Strategist for AI Engagement, you'll partner with our top clients to ensure the successful delivery and scaling of RadiantGraph’s services and platform. You will analyze client journeys across channels, deeply understand their needs, and design high-quality member communication solutions for their business goals. 

You’ll work directly with our clients and our internal teams to scope and manage this work, and you’ll heavily influence RadiantGraph’s roadmap based on market insights and client use cases. You will act as our client’s trusted advisor and manage high value relationships across departments. 

To be successful in this role, you will have strong project management and change management skills, have relevant experience in marketing to patients or plan members within healthcare, and have the ability to go beyond a single deliverable to build the larger strategy. Direct experience supporting or working alongside growth marketing and engagement teams is a significant advantage in this role. 

You’ll work across clients as needed, and use this experience to bring new ideas and strategic thinking to our client community as a thought leader in the market.  

Responsibilities 

Deliver high impact results through the RadiantGraph platform and associated services 

  • Manage new member communication projects from kickoff through launch and growth/stabilization of a new program. 

  • Map member journeys and multi-channel communication plans, offering data-driven insight into highest-value choice points and consulting clients on how to optimize their outreach to new and existing members. 

  • Ensure the RadiantGraph solutions delivers on client’s larger engagement goals, and identify when a scoped project may need to flex in order to deliver high-value outcomes 

  • Data analysis of performance outcomes and data insights, taking results-level data and connecting it to the larger business strategy and growth goals. 

Act as a thought leader for deployment and use of AI technology in member engagement 

  • Help educate our clients on the best practices for deployment of AI / ML technology, focusing on how to evaluate success and grow programs from pilot to full scale. 

  • Act as the subject matter expert for our clients in the operational deployment and incoming opportunities to deploy RadiantGraph’s technology. 

Identify new opportunities to support our client’s growth and efficiency 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s operations and org structure, identifying key relationships and buyers that are otherwise unknown to RadiantGraph. 

  • Align new RadiantGraph product capabilities to the teams that would benefit from their use; develop the unique strategy and approach that each client needs

  • Partner with Sales to identify the next project(s) within our client community; walk clients through what’s possible with new offerings or use of existing tech stack in new ways. 

  • Build the business case for why new offerings/expansions will support clients in meeting their larger goals 

Build key stakeholder relationships across our existing programs and new teams that will benefit from RadiantGraph’s platform. 

  • Manage stakeholders from multiple disciplines, aligning their unique needs with the larger engagement/growth goal the organization is working to achieve. Stakeholders will include marketing leadership and operations, analytics/data science, engineering, product, finance, member services, and clinical support. 

  • Translate between disconnected teams, summarizing wins and blockers for executive leadership in order to influence outcomes. 

  • Track and report out KPI’s and accomplishments, typically in the form of a QBR. 

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, communication, or member/patient engagement; Familiarity with marketing automation, campaign creation and management, or other growth marketing activities preferred.

  • 5 or more years in consulting, strategic account management, or other client-facing consultative role at the Enterprise level. You should be comfortable taking an ambiguous, un-scoped problem and solving it in alignment with a client’s larger strategy and our offerings.

  • Extensive experience in healthcare, with preference given to health plan experience and health tech 

  • Experience working directly with data/analytics to distill high-value learnings from complex information sets. You should be comfortable independently assessing campaign outcomes/trends and translating them to executive stakeholders to drive action. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
