You will be responsible for validating new features, integrations, and system updates across multiple platforms while maintaining high standards for functionality, usability, and accessibility. Accountabilities

You will define, implement, and continuously improve QA strategies and processes for marketing web applications, ensuring quality across releases and integrations. You will design and maintain manual and automated testing frameworks, including regression, UI, API, and integration tests, while embedding them into CI/CD pipelines. You will also explore and integrate AI-powered testing tools to enhance efficiency, coverage, and defect detection.

Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated regression suites
Build and execute automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD workflows and support release validation processes
Perform functional, integration, UI, API, and regression testing across web applications
Evaluate and implement AI-driven QA tools (e.g., self-healing tests, visual regression, intelligent test generation)
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to define requirements and ensure test coverage
Analyze test results, identify defects, and provide actionable reporting and insights

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings experience in web application testing and QA automation, with strong technical knowledge of modern testing tools, scripting, and software development workflows. You are comfortable working in cross-functional environments and translating business needs into structured testing strategies. A strong interest in AI-enhanced QA practices and continuous improvement is essential.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience testing or developing web applications
Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins) and automated test integration
Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries
Understanding of API testing tools such as Postman or REST-based frameworks
Knowledge of web accessibility standards (W3C WCAG)
Exposure to AI-assisted testing concepts (self-healing tests, visual regression, test generation)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
