Marketing Project Manager

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will oversee the execution of marketing design projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between creative, product, and technical teams. You will establish efficient processes, manage priorities, and support the delivery of high-quality digital initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Own end-to-end marketing design workflows, from project intake and scope definition through delivery and launch.
• Define project requirements, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure teams have clear direction.
• Prioritize incoming requests in collaboration with Product and Development teams, balancing business impact, urgency, and available resources.
• Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively identify risks or potential blockers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Act as the main point of coordination between Marketing, Product, and Development teams.
• Translate technical and product requirements into clear briefs for design and marketing teams.
• Facilitate project reviews, feedback cycles, and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate website launches, content updates, landing pages, and digital platform improvements.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment across digital channels.
• Create and improve processes, templates, and documentation to increase workflow efficiency.
• Support broader marketing campaigns, events, and operational initiatives when needed.

Requirements:

We are looking for a structured and proactive marketing project professional with experience managing creative workflows and cross-functional digital initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with excellent communication abilities and experience working in fast-paced technology environments.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating teams across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated success leading website launches, digital product initiatives, or similar projects involving design and development collaboration.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital marketing tools, and website management workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working remotely with globally distributed teams.
• Background in technology, finance, infrastructure, or digital products is an advantage.
• Italian or Spanish language skills are considered a plus.
