Marketing Production Design Intern (Digital and Print)

We are seeking a Marketing Production Design Intern to support the execution of high-volume marketing materials across multiple clients. This role focuses on customizing and preparing marketing assets using established templates and brand systems.The intern will assist with producing client-specific versions of marketing materials including emails, digital ads, flyers, and direct mail pieces. Work involves making detailed updates within existing layouts and preparing clean, production-ready files for both digital and print use.This role provides hands-on experience working in a high-volume marketing production environment where accuracy, organization, and attention to detail are essential. The position is well suited for someone interested in marketing production, asset creation, or design operations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Customize templated marketing emails using Figma</li><li>Create client-specific versions of flyers, digital ads, and direct mail materials</li><li>Insert and update logos, employer names, disclaimers, and approved marketing copy</li><li>Resize and adapt digital assets for different placements and formats</li><li>Update layouts with product imagery and approved content</li><li>Prepare print-ready PDFs and vendor-ready production files</li><li>Track and manage incoming requests through Jira and respond to tickets appropriately</li><li>Maintain organized marketing files and version control</li><li>Ensure accuracy when working with logos, disclaimers, and client-specific information</li><li>Deliver clean, production-ready assets within established timelines</li><li>Support ongoing updates and revisions as client needs change</li></ul>Work often involves managing multiple versions of assets for different clients and working within established production workflows and brand guidelines.Tools Used<ul><li>Figma for email templates and digital asset customization</li><li>Adobe InDesign for layout and print production</li><li>Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics and marketing assets</li><li>Adobe Photoshop for image editing and asset preparation</li><li>Jira for intake management and task tracking</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field</li><li>Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)</li><li>Experience editing or creating layouts using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud</li><li>Strong attention to detail when working with logos, disclaimers, and client-specific information</li><li>Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once</li><li>Comfortable tracking and managing work through task management systems such as Jira</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Portfolio RequirementApplicants should provide a portfolio or work samples demonstrating use of Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
