Nasoft is hiring for one of our clients, a mission-driven publishing company dedicated to creating educational and culturally relevant books for children.

The company focuses on producing Montessori-aligned content that inspires a love of learning and strengthens cultural identity. They recently launched their first title and are expanding their presence through Amazon and partnerships with bookstores.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update the Website.
  • Plan and schedule content (Instagram, Facebook), run basic ad campaigns, and grow engagement.
  • Assist with product listings, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Research and contact independent bookstores and distributors.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage order-related communications.
  • Create simple visuals for social media and marketing.
  • Help with scheduling, email management, and other business tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Marketing & Operations Specialist.
  • Experience in small business operations, publishing, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and basic SEO.
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Shopify/Amazon Seller Central.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal).
