Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of growth marketing pillars and key performance indicators.
    Manage and improve internal reporting processes by analyzing data structures and ensuring accuracy.
  • Leverage tools like Appsflyer, Tableau and Google Sheets to support reporting, data analysis, and team initiatives.
  • Build and execute SQL and backend queries to support dashboards and data insights.
  • Identify opportunities for ad-ops and propose actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate with teams to fulfill ad-hoc data requests and optimize reporting workflows.
  • Enhance existing reports and dashboards to align with business goals and evolving needs.

Skills we believe you need for the position:

  • 2+ years experience in a Marketing Technology or ad operations role
  • College degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems 
  • Incredible eye for detail
  • Ability to analyze complex data and draw conclusions
  • Understanding of google analytics, google tag manager 
  • Understanding on Object Oriented Programming language - preferably Python
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Expert at Microsoft Excel or Google sheets
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Entreprenurial spirit and a self-starter

Bonus points if you:

  • Have Experience with requests library and pandas a plus
  • Experience with MMP (Appsflyer/ Branch/ Kochava) 
  • Understanding of Apple privacy framework
  • Data visualization experience - Tableau

Compensation:

At Fetch, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $100,000. We also offer all employees equity in Fetch, so that everyone can benefit from Fetch’s growth.
