Pacvue has grown even faster than most high-tech companies in the market. </li></ul>About the role: Pacvue is seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead and scale our marketing operations function. In this strategic leadership role, the  Marketing Operations Manager will oversee all marketing processes – from lead management and campaign execution to marketing technology and analytics – ensuring these operations run efficiently and effectively. The role involves full ownership of the marketing technology stack (with a focus on Salesforce CRM, HubSpot marketing automation, and Attribution tools) and the responsibility for leveraging data and insights to drive marketing strategy and performance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with 8+ years of experience in marketing operations and a proven ability to independently manage projects and initiatives from concept through completion.
