Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing operations, ensuring smooth delivery of campaigns and continuous improvement of marketing processes.

Assist in planning, tracking, and managing marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with business priorities.
Coordinate resources, tasks, and priorities across marketing and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights to support decision-making.
Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, workflows, and operational processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and broader organizational goals.
Assist in vendor coordination, including contract support, deliverable tracking, and performance follow-up.
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across marketing systems and reporting tools.
Conduct market and industry research, including fintech and crypto trends, to support marketing strategy and briefs.
Help implement and optimize marketing tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

You are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong interest in marketing operations, analytics, and project coordination in a fast-moving digital environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field.
Familiarity with marketing analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Looker.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across distributed teams.
High level of curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Exposure to marketing, advertising, or communications through academic work, internships, or projects.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with creativity in problem-solving.
