One role will focus on&nbsp;engagement plans for the&nbsp;CMEsquared<strong>®</strong> business. CMEsquared&nbsp;provides onsite and digital educational content to our community on new and evolving therapies and techniques from respected thought leaders in the field of dermatology to help improve patient management. The second will focus on promotional communications (non-CME) in support of the Dermsquared<strong>®&nbsp;</strong>business portfolio of solutions for dermatology.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>As a key member of the HCP Communications &amp; Engagement team, lead marketing execution across channels including email and social</li><li>Ensure executional excellence tied to key performance indicators<ul><li>Monthly average users</li><li>Time on site</li><li>Open &amp; click through rates</li><li>Engagement</li><li>Paid Media to Drive Learners / Completers (for CMEsquared<strong>®</strong>)</li></ul></li><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and deploy all solutions</li><li>Ensure data enrichment is an integral part of communications &amp; engagement plans</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrated leadership essentials</li><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>3-5+ years of experience in marketing</li><li>Prior experience in healthcare/pharma/agency preferred</li><li>Prior experience in a growing startup or similar environment is a plus</li><li>Travel – estimated less than 20%</li></ul><p style="text-align: center;">&nbsp;</p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Salary Commensurate with Experience plus Benefits</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p>
