Marketing Manager

This role drives the execution of marketing strategies, brand initiatives, and customer engagement programs across multiple channels. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for ensuring consistent brand messaging, developing compelling content, and supporting digital campaigns that generate awareness and demand. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate excels in both strategic planning and hands-on project management, translating complex concepts into clear, customer-focused communications. They will play a key role in elevating brand presence, optimizing campaigns, and supporting account-based marketing for high-value clients. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to prioritize competing initiatives are essential for success.

• Develop and maintain brand architecture, narratives, value messaging, and visual identity across all marketing channels
• Ensure consistent brand application in customer-facing materials, collateral, and campaigns
• Oversee website development projects, coordinating content, user experience, QA, and post-launch optimization
• Execute marketing strategies including digital campaigns (email, web, social), sales enablement materials, and customer-facing content
• Support account-based marketing initiatives with targeted content, executive briefings, and personalized campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, HR, legal, and corporate marketing to align messaging and compliance
• Track and analyze marketing metrics to continuously improve campaign performance and engagement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles
• Proven experience managing brand initiatives and multi-channel campaigns
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, website platforms, and analytics
• Experience supporting account-based marketing or B2B campaigns is highly desirable
