Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our growing eClinical technology company. This role is perfect for a mid-career marketing professional who thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment and has a passion for advancing clinical research through innovative technology solutions. You'll play a key role in driving our marketing strategy, creating compelling content, and supporting our overall company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Collaborate with sales teams to create effective lead nurturing strategies and sales enablement materials
- Support product launches and go-to-market strategies for new platform features and services
Content Creation & Design
- Create engaging content across multiple channels including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media
- Design marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, including presentations, infographics, email templates, and digital assets
- Develop content that effectively communicates complex eClinical concepts to diverse audiences
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints
Qualifications:
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences or related field
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities
- Life sciences experience required, preferably in eClinical or clinical research technology
- Experience working in B2B technology or SaaS environments preferable
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) OR advanced Canva skills
- Strong content creation abilities across written, visual, and multimedia formats
- HubSpot experience preferred
Core Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible marketing messages
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a small team environment
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
- Experience with marketing to pharmaceutical, biotech, or CRO audiences
- Strong vendor management skills with experience managing agencies
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), electronic data capture (EDC), or other eClinical platforms
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in clinical research (FDA, EMA, ICH-GCP)
- Agency side experience a plus

Salary Range $90,000 --> 105,000
