POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:


As the Marketing Director for Sevaro, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing and managing a team that does SEO, content creation, email campaigns and much more to promote the Sevaro鈥檚 brand across multiple different platforms. We are seeking a dynamic professional that has meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks eager to contribute to our mission of providing high-quality and accessible healthcare services through teleneurology.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:


Leadership & Budget Management

       Manage and mentor the marketing team using hands-on approach to reach individual and team goals

       Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing spend for ROI, including managing outside vendor and external resource relationships

 

Brand & Content

       Oversee brand strategy to ensure Sevaro messaging is aligned across all platforms and channels

       Lead the development and execution of campaigns including SEO implementation, website content edits, email campaigns, newsletters, and press releases

       Create new content related to Sevaro brand and oversee content and visuals for conferences attended by Business Development and Recruitment team

 

Business Development & Lead Generation

       Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.

       Regularly report on campaign performance, marketing attribution, and overall impact.

       Work cross-functionally with Business Development Team, Operations and Recruitment teams to ensure alignment and communicate effectively with all teams to develop new business opportunities

 

AI Implementation & Optimization

       Establish and track KPIs to measure campaign performance, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.

       Use analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, AI Technology) to continuously improve strategy and execution.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree in business, marketing, communications or related field required, master鈥檚 preferred
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience required, 5+ years preferred
  • Above-average organizational skills
  • Willingness to be a player/coach and hands on with the team
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics and other analytics tools
  • Experience with AI and utilizing AI in marketing efforts
  • Exceptional communication, leadership and collaboration skills
  • Strong content and brand development background
  • Experience utilizing Linkedin to grow brand including knowledge of platform features and best ways to engage with audience
