About the Role

As a Marketing Manager at Revv, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth, driving powerful demand generation and crafting lifecycle campaigns that captivate prospects at every stage. You’ll own our events strategy, from brainstorming bold ideas to executing unforgettable on-site experiences. Plus, you’ll create killer content—think blogs, emails, and eBooks—that resonates with our audience, all while diving into cutting-edge marketing tools like Marketo.

You’ll lead the charge on our customer referral program, boosting awareness and fueling referrals that make an impact. You’ll also team up with Product Marketing to launch new features, shape adoption strategies, and help propel our product forward. With your analytical expertise, you’ll dig into the data to fine-tune campaigns and supercharge our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation & Campaign Management
    • Maintain and optimize our prospect lifecycle campaigns in partnership with sales teams, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurate, and impactful.
    • Drive and manage our events strategy, from booking trade shows and conferences to supporting on-site execution and ensuring a seamless event experience.
    • Own and manage our webinar strategy, helping to educate our audience and generate sales demand through impactful sessions.
  • Content Creation & Marketing Automation
    • Support content creation efforts by writing blogs, emails, eBooks, and other assets to engage prospects and customers effectively.
    • Gain hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo and other CRM systems, contributing to campaign execution and optimization.
  • Referral Program & Community Engagement
    • Support and manage our customer referral program, running program operations and developing strategies to increase awareness and drive more referrals.
    • Help manage and maintain our community presence, driving engagement with prospects and customers to foster learning and build relationships.
  • Product Launches & Strategy
    • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product leadership to launch new features to prospects and customers, helping shape strategies to drive adoption and increase product usage.
  • Data-Driven Analysis & Optimization
    • Analyze the results of marketing efforts, using data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Generate new ideas and campaigns based on insights to continuously enhance our marketing strategies and increase demand generation.

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience
    • 2-3 years of related experience in marketing, demand generation, content creation, or event management.
    • Experience with marketing automation systems, such as Marketo, and other CRM tools is a plus.
    • Proven track record of managing multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including content creation, demand generation, and event coordination.
    • Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Abilities
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging content.
    • Strategic and critical thinking skills to develop and execute win-win strategies for both customers and the business.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlines.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
