The Marketing Management Specialist is a key contributor to the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across the organization. This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented professional with strengths in data accuracy, project coordination, and administrative support. Working closely with the Marketing Management team, the specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that all marketing activities are executed efficiently, remain well-organized, and align with overarching strategic goals.
Essential Job Functions:
路 Support the planning, development, and execution of demand generation campaigns, customer communications, and strategic marketing initiatives.
路 Coordinate and manage timelines, task assignments, and project status updates using project management software; maintain organized records across shared drives, calendars, and meeting documentation (e.g., agendas, notes, and recaps).
路 Own the management and maintenance of
Monday.com for the Marketing Management team, ensuring campaigns, tasks, budgets, and timelines are accurately tracked and regularly updated.
路 Track campaign performance data and develop reports or presentations using Excel and PowerPoint to support business insights and decision-making.
路 Coordinate new market direct mail campaigns, including audience targeting, asset management, logistics, and performance tracking.
路 Collaborate with sales and field teams on MDU marketing efforts, including direct mail coordination and campaign support.
路 Lead the creation and distribution of the internal marketing newsletter, curating campaign updates, priorities, and strategic communications to keep internal teams aligned.
路 Support the planning and execution of Connected TV advertising campaigns.
路 Maintain accurate marketing documentation and ensure timely, clear communication with stakeholders throughout each project lifecycle.
路 Assist with product-related content and ensure campaign messaging aligns with product strategy and positioning.
路 Complete special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
路 Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and effective time management.
路 Proficiency with marketing project management systems (e.g.,
Monday.com), including experience building and managing dashboards or reports.
路 Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data entry and CRM tools is preferred.
路 Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and management levels.
路 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
路 Foundational knowledge of the telecom industry or related sectors is a plus.
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
路 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role.
