What You'll Do:

  • Maintain shared inboxes for all marketing campaigns, including events, newsletters, client communications, and others as necessary 
  • Update key contact information in Salesforce 
  • Clean and maintain data hygiene for effective marketing and sales campaigns (e.g., take a spreadsheet of contacts and research data from various sources to fill in gaps) 
  • Support webinar and campaign execution across Marketing Communications, Demand Generation, and Client Marketing teams – including campaign testing, graphic design, video editing, etc. 
  • Support events and partnerships through client event research, set-up, outreach, etc. 
  • Blog updating/publishing in our content management system (CMS), Uberflip 
  • Support SEO efforts through research, content updates/editing, and SEO technical updates 
  • Support team members with design requests using Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud (TBD) 


What You'll Need:

  • Current college student (or recent graduate) in business marketing, communications, or related field 
  • A desire and willingness to learn all aspects of an internal Marketing department/strategy 
  • Ability to work 15+ hours per week during the school semester (flexible days/times) 
  • Seeking experience leading to a career in marketing or a related field 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Some experience or exposure to any Marketing/Sales tools and understanding of their purpose: marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), CMS (Uberflip), social media scheduling tools (native/Oktopost), Zoom, Google Analytics, WordPress, SEO tools, Power BI, etc. 


Competencies: 

  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently while also understanding key aspects of team collaboration 
  • An eye for detail and willingness to ask questions with a growth mindset 
  • Basic knowledge/understanding of business objectives, etiquette, and communication 
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills 
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive 
  • Understanding of email inbox management and timely response etiquette 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to translate feedback into prioritization
