If you have strong organizational skills, the ability to tackle problems creatively, and a strong passion for meaningful collaboration, we want to meet you! Essential Functions: Marketing Communications:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Evaluate and route Marketing Request Forms to the Manager, Marketing Communications.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Creation of creative briefs.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work with the Director, Marketing Communications on media placement opportunities and logistics.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage internal communication for Business Development orders (business cards, print materials).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in the processing of RFPs.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Organization and maintenance of SharePoint folders.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Upload videos to Vidyard.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Compile HubSpot lead source data.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Update or create content for q-centrix.com (WordPress).</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor Google Analytics, reporting trends to the Digital Marketing Manager.</li></ul>Data Management, Cleanliness & Analysis:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing sales, marketing, and customer success data.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure data integrity by identifying and removing duplicates, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Generate reports and dashboards to track revenue performance.</li></ul>Data Collection & Quality Control:<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support the implementation of standardized data collection processes.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Validate incoming data from various sources to maintain consistency.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy regulations.</li></ul>As a growth organization, roles and responsibilities often evolve and adapt over time.
