(This will include nights and weekends). </li><li class="p2">Responsible for organizing location specific weekly doctor visits, including food delivery, marketing materials, and relationship building. </li><li class="p2">Responsible for organizing location specific sponsorships. </li><li class="p2">Responsible for applying for location specific business awards. </li><li class="p2">Ensure Pediatrics Plus has a working relationship with other businesses, local influencers, mom/parent groups, churches, and chambers in assigned locations and surrounding communities. </li><li class="p2">Attend location specific business functions as a representative of Pediatrics Plus for the purpose of networking and making connections within the community. </li><li class="p2">Work to be a face for Pediatrics Plus by visiting location specific neighboring businesses, doctors and specialists, acting as the boots on the ground liaison. </li><li class="p2">Participate in weekly team meetings, weekly 1-on-1s, and annual performance reviews for professional development and growth. </li></ul>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. What you have:<ul><li class="p2">Ability to think creatively. </li><li class="p3">Maintains a positive attitude and high energy level to facilitate engagement. </li><li class="p3">Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive, and positive manner. </li><li class="p3">Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. </li><li class="p3">Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li class="p3">Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment. </li><li class="p3">Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, policies, and other company documents. </li><li class="p3">Ability to author routine reports and correspondence. </li><li class="p3">Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. </li><li class="p3">Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code. </li><li class="p2">Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance. </li><li class="p3">Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. </li><li class="p3">Travel will be required. </li></ul> Required Qualifications:<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.</li><li>Experience working in Marketing, preferred.</li></ul>  Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to accurately communicate information and ideas so others will understand through sight and hearing.
