We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role

We are hiring a Marketing Automation Manager that will enable Rula’s Provider Marketing team to support the build of the most optimal tech stack for the team. This person will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing automated marketing projects across various platforms to drive lead generation, customer retention, and overall marketing performance. This role requires a data-driven, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of marketing technologies, email marketing, CRM systems, and customer journey mapping. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Iterable, or Outreach and will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and refine automation strategies that align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with preferred focus on marketing automation, digital marketing, or related roles

  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, ActiveCampaign), CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.), and email marketing systems

  • Experience working with product, engineering and implementation teams in marketing automation projects

  • Ability to understand marketing attribution and digital marketing data pipelines. Proficiency with Looker, Amplitude, Excel, and other reporting tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Product Management, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications

While having the preferred qualifications enhances your candidacy, having all of them is not mandatory. We encourage all interested applicants to apply, even those who may not meet every preferred requirement.

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing environments

  • Familiarity with advanced marketing automation tactics like lead scoring, behavior-based triggers, and advanced segmentation

  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are a plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

  • Experience with data management and data integration between systems (CRM, ESP, etc.)

We're serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:

  • 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments

  • Attractive pay and benefits: Full transparency of pay ranges regardless of where you live in the United States

  • 401(k) plan access: Start saving for your future

  • Generous time-off policies: Including 2 company-wide shutdown weeks each year for self-care (for most employees)
