Marketing Associate, Enterprise - Content & Design

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to enterprise marketing efforts by combining strong visual design skills with compelling B2B content creation. You will support sales and marketing teams by crafting polished presentations and marketing collateral that drive pipeline and revenue growth. The position requires a blend of creativity and organization, working in a fast-paced environment to maintain an up-to-date library of marketing assets. Collaboration across teams and attention to detail will be key as you help communicate brand messages and engage professional audiences effectively.

Accountabilities

• Design on-brand sales and marketing materials including slide decks, one-pagers, and collateral to support enterprise marketing initiatives.
• Craft and refine concise B2B content such as invitations, advertisements, and presentations aligned with brand voice and messaging.
• Maintain and organize a growing library of marketing assets in platforms like Google Drive and Highspot to ensure easy access for teams.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Brand teams to meet real-time content needs and maintain messaging consistency.
• Manage multiple requests and deadlines, prioritizing tasks and iterating deliverables based on feedback for timely execution.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, communications, design, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Google Slides and familiarity with basic design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using project management tools like Asana. Familiarity with Highspot is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to tailor content for professional B2B audiences.
• Experience supporting enterprise B2B marketing or sales teams preferred.
• Bonus qualifications include familiarity with employer health benefits or digital health industries.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
