Accountabilities:

Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans for liquid biopsy and MRD product portfolios, aligning with business objectives and market opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, analytics, and clinical teams to define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies
Drive market segmentation, persona development, and customer insights to optimize targeting and campaign effectiveness
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital initiatives, events, and lead generation programs
Partner with analytics teams to assess campaign performance, measure ROI, and refine strategies based on data-driven insights
Support product roadmap development by incorporating market trends, competitive intelligence, and voice-of-customer feedback
Develop sales enablement tools and marketing assets to support field teams and enhance customer engagement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
10+ years of progressive marketing experience within life sciences, diagnostics, or healthcare sectors
Proven expertise in oncology diagnostics, particularly in liquid biopsy and MRD solutions
Strong ability to translate complex scientific and clinical data into clear, compelling marketing strategies
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and delivering results in dynamic environments
Excellent analytical, communication, and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems
Ability to travel as needed (approximately up to 20%)
