As the Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you’ll drive growth across both digital and non-digital avenues. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll launch and optimize multiple non-SEM channels, refine paid social and emerging platforms, and identify offline opportunities, from strategic alliances and referral networks to community-based outreach. This role calls for a versatile marketer who can interpret complex data, lead cross-functional initiatives, and build robust relationships that extend our reach beyond the screen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Expansion (Digital & Offline): Launch, manage, and optimize non-SEM paid channels (paid social, programmatic display/video, audio, OOH) while exploring offline avenues like referral partnerships, community outreach, and corporate alliances.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics from multiple platforms (ad tools, CRM, BI software) to identify trends, refine targeting, and guide budget decisions. Apply performance insights across both digital and offline channels.
  • Team Building & Vendor Management: Work closely with internal teams (creative, web, lifecycle, analytics, operations) and manage external partners (agencies, vendors, referral sources) to ensure all marketing activities are aligned, compliant, and effective.
  • Healthcare Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the mental health or healthcare environment to ensure campaigns and partnerships meet industry regulations, communicate ethically, and address patient needs sensitively and accurately.
  • Strategic Partnerships & Community Engagement: Identify and cultivate beneficial relationships with local organizations, healthcare networks, educational institutions, and other groups that can expand our patient base and amplify our brand mission.
  • Innovation & Growth: Implement a test-and-learn mindset, rapidly adapting strategies as you launch new channels, troubleshoot audience integrations, set up tracking solutions, and measure ROI.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on non-SEM paid channels and hands-on management of digital acquisition initiatives.
  • Proven track record scaling new marketing channels from the ground up.
  • Strong analytical skills; adept at synthesizing data from multiple systems into actionable strategies.
  • Experience building a team and project management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing external agency partners.
  • Self-starting and creative mentality.
  • Background in healthcare, mental health, or a similarly regulated field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership capabilities, with a passion for building and mentoring teams.
  • Adaptability, resourcefulness, and a genuine commitment to improving mental health accessibility.

Benefits
  • Retirement Security: 401(k) with a 3% safe harbor contribution to support your long-term financial well-being.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive health, dental, vision insurance, plus a health and wellness stipend and access to an in-house yoga & breathwork trainer.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy remote work options, a supportive workplace culture, and the freedom to manage your schedule.
  • Work-Life Balance: Unlimited PTO
  • Professional Growth: You’ll work closely with our Director of Marketing/CEO, gaining mentorship and the opportunity to shape the marketing function as we scale.
  • Community & Support: Room for growth, workplace support, and an environment that values personal and professional development.
