This position is responsible for delivering a variety of training events, including New Employee Training (NET), Delta sessions, on-site programs, and over-the-shoulder coaching. Additionally, the role ensures accurate post-event reporting and documentation to maintain compliance and track training effectiveness.Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to all training curriculum and material development activities as required.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct training events, including NET, Delta, On-Site, and Over-the-Shoulder.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Provide all required post-event reporting and documentation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with the maintenance and configuration of the MACCS family of systems and units (CTN, CAC2S, TBMCS, AFATDS)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with leading curriculum development in a formal training environment</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Five (5) years’ work experience with MACCS.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Three (3) years of instructor and/or analyst experience supporting Marine Corps systems/equipment.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience as a MACCS network administrator</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience integrating MACCS sensors</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience configuring and maintaining radios, antennas, and other telecommunication equipment used within the MACCS</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with the Tactical Data Framework (TDF) setup and integration</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of two years of experience configuring and maintaining tactical data links to include Link 16and Joint Range Extension Application Protocols A, B, and C</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in Cisco router and switch hardware and Internetwork Operating System (CISCO certifications are preferred)</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience managing operating systems within a virtual environment</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related scientific or technical discipline (or) additional four (4) years of USMC training experience, in lieu of bachelor’s degree. MAWTS-1 C3 Course Catalog or other Formal School instructor certification.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Minimum of (4) years of experience with Radio Frequency propagation and fundamental characteristics of the electromagnetic spectrum</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Active Secret Clearance walking through the door</li></ul>Basic Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 yearly salaryThe salary range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The final offer may vary based on skills, experience, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include performance incentives and program-specific awards.
