You will own the systems, reporting infrastructure, and analytical outputs that support FP&A leadership and business partners across 50+ cost centers. The position blends technical system stewardship with advanced financial analysis, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and scalable planning tools. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, People teams, and senior leadership to translate complex data into actionable insights. Accountabilities
  • Support FP&A reporting and analysis needs by producing and maintaining recurring dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. Build and maintain driver-based forecasting tools that support multi-year planning and financial modeling initiatives.
  • Analyze financial trends, forecasts, and actuals to surface insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making across the enterprise.
  • Provide cross-functional analytical support by partnering with FP&A, Accounting, and People teams on initiatives such as compensation modeling and workforce-related analysis.
  • Maintain and enhance financial planning systems (e.g., Adaptive Planning), including system administration, troubleshooting, template management, and data integrity oversight.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, workflows, and planning processes to increase efficiency, usability, and scalability for Finance stakeholders.
  • Contribute to Finance team priorities through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and ongoing participation in operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, FP&A support, or a related analytical field.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and data analysis, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building and maintaining complex models.
  • Experience working with financial systems, databases, or enterprise planning tools, with the ability to manage and validate large datasets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to time-sensitive requests, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management across Finance and operational teams.
  • Preferred: experience with Adaptive Planning or Workday, exposure to FP&A environments, compensation modeling, or nonprofit/public sector analytics.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range aligned to geographic tiers ($90,000 – $144,800 depending on location and experience)
  • Eligibility for comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contribution options (401(k) where applicable)
  • Paid time off and holiday programs supporting work-life balance
  • Flexible work arrangements depending on role requirements and team needs
  • Access to professional development, training, and career growth opportunities
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven environment focused on impact and collaboration
