This is a highly visible position requiring both executive-level commercial acumen and deep technical credibility. You will act as a transformation leader, accelerating the shift toward autonomous, AI-orchestrated managed services. The environment is fast-moving, globally connected, and centered on innovation at enterprise scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Full P&L responsibility for the presales and solution architecture organization, including budgeting, forecasting, investment prioritization, and profitability optimization.
  • Lead pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and large-scale deal support to accelerate enterprise cloud and security growth.
  • Define and scale repeatable, high-impact solution offerings across cloud platforms and security services, ensuring consistency and scalability.
  • Champion the integration of AI-driven capabilities into managed services, advancing autonomous and human-orchestrated delivery models.
  • Lead technical solution design governance, ensuring architectural integrity, cost efficiency, and strong alignment with client business outcomes.
  • Manage and develop a global, matrixed team of solution architects, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-performance execution.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between sales, engineering, product, and partner ecosystems including major hyperscalers and technology providers.
  • Drive organizational transformation initiatives, modernizing delivery models and improving competitive positioning in a rapidly evolving market.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business required; MBA preferred.

  • Extensive experience in cloud, security, or IT services leadership roles within global systems integrators or enterprise technology organizations.
  • Proven track record in go-to-market leadership, solution sales, or presales management with full ownership of revenue and P&L performance.
  • Strong technical expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, with relevant certifications preferred.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, managed services, and security transformation initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional, global teams in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance growth, profitability, and delivery excellence.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments with a strong “owner mindset.”

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $160,000 to $296,000, plus variable commissions.
  • Annual incentive bonus eligibility based on performance.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Paid time off, holidays, and additional flexible leave options.
  • Life insurance, disability coverage, and employee assistance programs.
  • Flexible remote work arrangement within the United States.
  • Access to global innovation ecosystems, R&D investment, and advanced AI-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Career development opportunities within a large-scale global technology leader.
