This position offers the opportunity to influence operational processes, drive efficiency, and contribute directly to strategic financial decision-making.

Accountabilities:

  • Reconcile actual cash balances with forecasts and analyze variances, providing insights on Net Investment Income (NII).
  • Oversee treasury operations including funds settlement, bank account maintenance, signatory updates, and bank portal administration.
  • Optimize cash usage, monitor banking fees, and assess counterparty risk exposures.
  • Support project management initiatives and process improvements, including technology implementations for treasury operations.
  • Facilitate audit and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to SOX controls, regulatory requirements, and proper documentation.
  • Serve as the operational interface with banking partners to manage service levels, resolve issues, and maintain governance of treasury records and calendars.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Corporate Treasury, Cash Management, or Treasury Operations, preferably in financial services or insurance.
  • 3+ years directly managing corporate liquidity, daily cash positioning, and detailed cash flow reporting/forecasting.
  • Proficiency with major online bank portals (e.g., CashPro, JPM Access, WF Vantage) and daily fund settlements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Treasury Operations within insurance or healthcare companies.
  • MBA, CTP certification, or CFA designation preferred.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and investment accounting/reporting systems (e.g., Clearwater).
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive) for collaboration and record management.
Benefits:
  • Base salary: $108,000 – $141,750 per year, with eligibility for performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • Paid holidays, sick leave, parental leave, and wellness programs.
  • 401(k) plan participation, life and disability insurance.
  • Flexible work arrangements with potential for hybrid models in the future.
  • Opportunities to contribute to process improvements, strategic projects, and professional growth in treasury operations.
