Manager, Technical Programs

About the RoleOpenLoop is looking for a Manager, Technical Programs to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our TPM team as we scale client implementations across OpenLoop’s care delivery verticals. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on program management experience who’s ready to step into people leadership — balancing execution, operational excellence, and team development.What You'll Do<ul><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Manage a team of TPMs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and career development.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Own staffing, prioritization, and resource alignment across multiple concurrent client implementations.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with cross-functional leads (Sales, Product, Clinical, Support) to remove blockers and ensure delivery quality.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Drive consistency in process adoption, KPI tracking, and team-wide communications.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Act as the escalation point for complex technical or client-facing challenges.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to process improvements, best practices, and scalable systems that raise the bar for program delivery.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Own and directly lead client implementations as needed, stepping in to support high-priority or complex programs.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration within the TPM team.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">4-6+ years in program management, with direct experience leading implementations or high-performing cross-functional teams.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to coach and develop individuals, with prior mentorship or team leadership experience.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Comfortable balancing team leadership with hands-on problem solving.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized, with a knack for creating clarity in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.</li><li style="line-height: 1.2; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).</li></ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Remote Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range">$115,000—$125,000 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"> <hr><h2 style="line-height: 1.2;">About OpenLoop</h2>OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring healing anywhere.
