Accountabilities:

Lead and manage strategic finance and accounting initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and operational excellence.
Oversee cross-functional projects such as audits, budgeting processes, and rapid-response issue resolution, developing project plans, tracking milestones, and supporting data-driven decisions.
Conduct financial and operational analysis, preparing reports, briefings, and presentations to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
Coordinate departmental operations including tracking deliverables, managing internal tools and resources, and supporting financial administration processes.
Facilitate leadership and team meetings, including agenda creation, materials development, documentation, and follow-up on key actions and decisions.
Support process improvement efforts, documentation of workflows, onboarding materials, and communication of key initiatives across stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience within finance, accounting, consulting, or a related analytical environment, along with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder settings. You combine structured thinking with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

3+ years of relevant professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 5+ years with equivalent education/experience).
Proven project management experience, ideally in finance, accounting, operations, or strategy-focused roles.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Experience in process improvement, operational coordination, or financial analysis is highly valued.

Competitive salary range: $72,000 - $120,000 based on experience
