This role is a strategic leadership position focused on transforming data into actionable insights that drive enterprise decision-making and operational performance. You will lead a team responsible for analytics, reporting, and business intelligence within a complex, data-rich environment supporting financial and risk operations. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable data strategies, build reporting frameworks, and deliver dashboards that support business growth and efficiency. You will play a key role in shaping how data is structured, interpreted, and used across the organization, influencing both strategic direction and day-to-day execution. Accountabilities:- Lead and manage a team of Insight and Reporting Analysts, ensuring effective delivery of analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Partner with Risk and enterprise stakeholders to identify key business priorities and develop data-driven strategies that support decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models to provide standardized and scalable insights across the organization.
- Oversee the development of advanced analytics initiatives, ensuring alignment between data insights and business objectives.
- Translate complex datasets from multiple systems into clear, actionable insights, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Drive data strategy, including data architecture, integration, and lifecycle management across multiple platforms.
- Guide continuous improvement efforts by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending data-driven solutions.
- Provide leadership in team development, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and talent growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics, or statistical modeling in a data-driven environment.
- Proven experience generating insights and recommendations that influence business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data integration, and analytics frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and storytelling with complex datasets.
- Experience using analytics and statistical tools such as SAS, R, or similar platforms.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and performance development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
