This is a high-impact commercial leadership role focused on translating innovation into successful in-market execution across retail channels. You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Analytics, ensuring that every product launch, packaging transition, and channel expansion is executed with precision and commercial clarity. The role combines strategic planning, hands-on project management, and data-driven storytelling to accelerate growth at the shelf. You will help shape retailer-specific strategies and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams from concept through in-store execution. Acting as a key driver of commercialization excellence, you will identify whitespace opportunities and turn them into actionable growth plans. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on sales performance, retailer relationships, and category expansion.
Lead end-to-end sales-side commercialization strategy for innovation, packaging, and channel initiatives while ensuring flawless execution across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for aligning sales priorities with execution plans and driving measurable retail performance outcomes.
