About the team

The Sales Operations & Enablement team is a key driver of Zillow’s Rentals business, working cross-functionally to empower our sales teams with the tools, programs, and support they need to succeed. We collaborate closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and Learning & Development to ensure our sellers are equipped, aligned, and inspired to deliver outstanding results.

About the role

As the Manager, Sales Programs & Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Rentals sales organization. You’ll design and lead strategic programs that drive sales performance, foster collaboration, and scale high-performing teams. Your work will directly impact how our sales teams engage with customers, adopt new tools, and achieve ambitious goals, helping Zillow reimagine the rental experience for both renters and property managers.

You Will Get To

  • Lead the development and execution of sales enablement strategies, including new hire onboarding, ongoing training, and sales readiness.

  • Design and launch scalable sales programs to drive adoption of key initiatives, tools, and product launches.

  • Create and maintain playbooks and processes that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness, aligned with go-to-market priorities.

  • Identify performance gaps in partnership with Sales Leadership and develop actionable enablement solutions.

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Learning & Development to produce clear, concise content and resources for sellers.

  • Measure and report on the impact of enablement programs using KPIs, feedback, and continuous optimization.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on team performance, scaling strategy, and organizational design.

  • Drive alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize sales strategies and outcomes.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $114,300.00 - $182,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • 7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Programs, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a people leadership role.

  • Proven ability to design and scale enablement programs for large or fast-growing sales teams.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.

  • Strong understanding of modern sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Showpad).

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and inspire teams.

  • Data-driven, outcomes-oriented, and proactive in driving clarity and action.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to navigate complex situations.

  • Collaborative mindset with a passion for empowering teams and influencing without authority.
