This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR and talent acquisition leader to shape the employee experience and drive organizational culture. You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and engagement initiatives while partnering closely with leadership to identify talent needs and align hiring strategies with company objectives. The role focuses on building a strong, inclusive culture that enhances retention, performance, and employee satisfaction. You will also leverage data to inform hiring decisions, develop recognition programs, and strengthen the employer brand. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible, remote work environment and enjoys leading initiatives that impact both people and business outcomes.


Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across all roles, building robust pipelines of qualified candidates
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and define role requirements
  • Oversee onboarding and integration programs to ensure new hires are set up for success
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance culture, employee engagement, and retention
  • Monitor and improve employer branding and public perception as a great place to work
  • Design and manage performance management and recognition programs aligned with company values
  • Use data and analytics to continuously improve hiring processes, engagement, and retention strategies
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition within small to mid-sized organizations
  • Proven ability to source, hire, and onboard top talent effectively
  • Experience in shaping organizational culture and leading employee engagement programs
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
  • Data-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives independently
  • Passion for learning, development, and helping others grow
  • Familiarity with the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus
