Provider Account Managers build strong, trusting relationships with Network Providers and act as a lead resource and principal point-of-contact.  Working closely with Practice Management, Scheduling, and Billing offices, the Account Manager is responsible for the proactive management of the claims, reimbursement, and support processes for the Network Provider relationship – as well as a full understanding of the practice’s revenue cycle.
