This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Project Management Office in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, operational excellence, and cross-functional coordination within a healthcare technology environment. You will lead a team of Project Managers responsible for ensuring successful implementation and delivery of complex, multi-product initiatives across clinical communication and scheduling solutions. Acting as both a people leader and operational driver, you will shape PMO standards, improve delivery consistency, and strengthen collaboration between sales, services, product, and customer teams. The position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth sales-to-services transitions, high-quality execution, and strong customer satisfaction outcomes. You will also contribute directly to pre-sales efforts, supporting solution scoping and implementation planning. This is a highly visible leadership role where strategic thinking and hands-on project oversight come together to improve both internal efficiency and customer impact.

Accountabilities

You will lead and develop a high-performing PMO team while ensuring consistent project delivery standards, operational discipline, and strong alignment across sales, services, and product functions:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Project Managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Define, refine, and standardize PMO processes to ensure consistent project execution and delivery outcomes
  • Partner with Sales teams on pre-sales activities, including scoping, SOW development, pricing guidance, and implementation planning
  • Support sales-to-services transitions to ensure seamless handoffs and strong customer onboarding experiences
  • Oversee a portfolio of active projects, ensuring adherence to PMO standards and successful delivery outcomes
  • Serve as an escalation point for project risks and issues, driving timely resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to surface customer feedback and influence platform improvements
  • Produce operational reporting, including project status updates, utilization metrics, and executive-level reports
  • Track and improve key performance indicators related to delivery, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance

Requirements

This role requires strong project management expertise combined with leadership experience and the ability to operate in cross-functional, customer-facing environments. You should bring both strategic oversight and hands-on execution capability:

  • 6+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or team management role
  • Proven experience supporting sales organizations, including SOW creation, scoping, and implementation planning
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMP certification or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects across product lines or enterprise environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet and CRM platforms
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detail and delivery quality

Benefits

  • Remote-first work environment
  • Competitive salary range ($125,000–$135,000 USD, based on experience and location)
  • Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (available from day one)
  • 401(k) with employer match and immediate vesting
  • 17 company holidays plus 2 floating holidays
  • Competitive paid time off policy
  • Internal career advancement opportunities
  • Collaborative, mission-driven work culture focused on improving healthcare communication and outcomes
  • Exposure to innovative healthcare technology and cross-functional strategic initiatives
