You will oversee cross-functional project teams responsible for delivering innovative logistics, automation, and software-driven solutions for high-impact clients. The position requires strong leadership across planning, execution, and delivery phases, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. You will work closely with engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to translate business needs into structured project plans and measurable outcomes. Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end project management activities for complex distribution and supply chain transformation programs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, software, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation strategies.
- Ensure alignment between client requirements and technical delivery, translating business needs into actionable project scope.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder communication, including status reporting, executive updates, and governance meetings.
- Oversee implementation of automation, robotics, and software-driven solutions within distribution environments.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, methodologies, and best practices across all project phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or industrial automation environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to execution.
- Experience in warehouse automation, material handling systems, or distribution center operations is a strong plus.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
