About the role


The Manager, Program Success will be responsible for program relationships and performance management. This role will work closely with various departments within the company to identify business needs and opportunities, gather and analyze data, and develop and implement strategies to optimize performance and achieve business goals.


What you'll do

  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with assigned programs by serving as a primary point of contact and relationship manager.
  • Day-to-day coordination of activities related to internal and external functions supporting the management of assigned programs.
  • Provide required resource and problem resolution assistance to all program functions to resolve outstanding issues.
  • Work with all internal stakeholders (Digital, Compliance, Finance, etc.) to set expectations and prioritize actions on the respective programs.
  • Lead coordination of key internal and external stakeholders in their support of each program to ensure underwriting, claims, audit, and compliance objectives are met in a best-in-class manner.
  • Track and analyze Key Performance Indexes (KPIs), ensuring profitability criteria are met.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for improved operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the production of reports, such as monthly performance/exposure/claims reports, internal/external audits, etc.
  • Responsible for understanding program goals and operational objectives and represents the Client Services team in delivering the services and solutions that achieve those goals. 
  • Responsible for retaining customers, managing requirements, and running meetings. 
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement testing and optimization strategies to improve business outcomes, such as customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the insurance industry.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior analysts to ensure that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, mathematics, or a related field; OR 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related position.
  • Understand key insurance concepts – i.e., policy servicing, insurance claims, and reinsurance.
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the year.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the commercial insurance industry and regulatory environment.
  • Knowledge of Project management software – like Monday.com
  • Familiarity with Policy Administration software - Origami


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Must demonstrate self-motivation, dependability, as well as strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.


Working Conditions:

  • Requires a quiet work environment with regular sitting at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Regular use of hands and fingers.
  • Frequent talking or hearing.
  • Vision requirements: Close, distance, color, peripheral, focus and depth perception.


Additional Information

This is a remote position. Planned, in-office activities may be required on occasion (typically 2-4x per year).

You must live in the United States and be authorized to work in the United States without requirement of employment sponsorship/visa.
