  • Define and translate customer, regulatory, and business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to guide development of data ingestion, validation, visualization, and analytics capabilities
  • Contribute to product roadmap planning, prioritization, and release scope definition
  • Validate product functionality using diverse SEND datasets across multiple study types and regulatory formats
  • Monitor industry and regulatory changes and recommend product enhancements accordingly
  • Support customer engagement, onboarding, demos, and training to drive product adoption
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance for SEND-related features
  • Perform functional and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and alignment with standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred (MS, MPH, MBA or similar)
  • Deep expertise in CDISC SEND standards, including domains, controlled terminology, and implementation guidelines
  • 7+ years of experience working with nonclinical study data, regulatory submissions, or data standards
  • Hands-on experience with SEND dataset creation, validation, transformation, or analysis tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work effectively with complex, data-heavy systems
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical and regulatory concepts to diverse audiences
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, or data architecture
  • Familiarity with nonclinical study design, toxicology data, and regulatory submission processes preferred
  • Exposure to Agile environments and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is a plus
  • Strong autonomy, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and expertise
  • Flexible work arrangements, including remote or hybrid options depending on role structure
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision)
  • Retirement savings plans with employer contributions (where applicable)
  • Paid time off, holidays, and wellness days
  • Professional development opportunities and access to learning resources
  • Collaborative, innovation-driven work environment in the life sciences technology space.
