This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager, Portfolio Performance and Oversight in United States.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, governance, and performance of servicing activities supporting Home Equity Investment products. You will oversee both internal servicing operations and external subservicing partners, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, SLAs, and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in monitoring portfolio health, improving servicing performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience at scale. You will partner closely with teams across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, and Capital Markets to drive insights and strategic execution. The role combines hands-on operational management with vendor oversight, requiring strong analytical and leadership capabilities. It is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys building scalable operational frameworks.


Accountabilities:
  • Manage and monitor the performance of external servicing vendors, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and operational standards.
  • Oversee internal servicing performance and portfolio health through structured reporting, dashboards, and operational metrics.
  • Develop and maintain servicing performance frameworks and governance structures to ensure consistency and accountability.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Legal, and Capital Markets teams to align servicing strategy with business goals.
  • Lead vendor relationship management, including ongoing communication, performance reviews, and escalation handling.
  • Identify performance gaps and collaborate with partners to implement process improvements and operational enhancements.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making using analytics tools and performance reporting to improve servicing outcomes.
  • Support the enhancement of customer experience through continuous monitoring of servicing quality and responsiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, servicing operations, or mortgage/financial services operations.
  • Proven experience managing third-party vendors or BPO partners against defined KPIs and SLAs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building or interpreting operational dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with servicing environments, including mortgage servicing or Home Equity Investment products (preferred).
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as RESPA, TILA, FCRA, or CFPB guidelines (a plus).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and bias for action.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel periodically for vendor oversight and operational reviews.
