Accountabilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor on meetings strategy, process optimization, technology infrastructure, and operational decisions while developing a deep understanding of client priorities and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and key partners, using strong business insight to identify growth opportunities and strengthen service delivery.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across diverse internal teams, functions, geographies, and cultures to ensure cohesive event execution, alignment, and consistent quality across portfolios.
  • Lead collaborator calls, maintain visibility across multiple events, and provide guidance to travel support agents on group communications, travel logistics, and customer requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end event operations, including pipeline updates, spend monitoring, infrastructure planning, room block negotiations, hotel logistics, and US time-zone coverage for event coordination and customer inquiries.
  • Drive operational improvements and data integrity by partnering with global services teams, establishing reporting frameworks, identifying efficiencies, and maintaining clear communication with clients and external partners.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of customer-facing experience supporting Fortune 100 organizations, with a demonstrated history of successfully managing sophisticated, high-stakes client relationships.
  • Proven senior-level expertise in event planning and delivery, including the ability to manage complex portfolios, multiple stakeholders, and high-visibility engagements.
  • Deep understanding of business travel operations, industry practices, meeting logistics, and the commercial dynamics associated with enterprise client accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the judgment and diplomacy required to navigate sensitive client relationships, strategic account considerations, and business development opportunities.
  • Exceptional collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional areas, geographic regions, and diverse cultures.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under pressure while maintaining operational quality, client satisfaction, and attention to detail across competing priorities.
  • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, time management, and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a strategic mindset and the ability to balance hands-on execution with broader business growth objectives; candidates based in the Eastern time zone are strongly preferred.

Benefits:

  • US national base salary range of $88,200 to $163,800, with the final offer based on factors including role scope and complexity, relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and organizational performance.
  • Flexible benefits designed to support health, financial security, family needs, and overall well-being, including health and welfare insurance and retirement programs.
  • Parental leave, adoption assistance, and wellbeing resources to support employees and their families.
  • Travel perks providing access to deals from major travel providers across flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and other travel services.
  • Access to more than 20,000 learning courses, leadership development programs, and opportunities for continued professional growth.
  • An inclusive and collaborative work environment with employee inclusion groups and opportunities to connect, learn, and contribute across a global organization.
