This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Manager of School Partnerships in United States.

This role is focused on building and maintaining strong partnerships with K-12 schools to drive effective implementation of educational programs. You will deliver professional learning workshops, provide job-embedded coaching, and support teachers and school leaders to enhance instructional quality and student outcomes. Acting as a content expert and program ambassador, you will work closely with multiple teams to align strategies with school needs. This position combines field-based work with virtual support, requiring frequent travel to schools within your assigned region. You will monitor progress, provide feedback, and adapt approaches to ensure measurable improvements in teaching practices. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced educator with leadership skills who is passionate about professional learning and making a meaningful impact in classrooms.


Accountabilities:
  • Build strong partnerships with teachers and school leaders to ensure successful program implementation and support best practices.
  • Deliver high-quality professional learning workshops, both in-person and virtual, including coaching cycles, demonstration lessons, and PLC facilitation.
  • Customize and design professional learning sessions to meet the unique needs of schools and educators.
  • Track and monitor partnership goals using data-driven insights and proactively address risks to implementation success.
  • Support sales teams in pre- and post-sales efforts, including proposals, pilot programs, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence curriculum development, marketing efforts, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Forecast service deliverable goals, maintain documentation, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience, with a strong background in mathematics preferred.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, and delivering professional learning workshops.
  • Familiarity with educational technology environments and school/district infrastructure.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and goal-setting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 60–70% of the time regionally.
