POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
The Manager of Provider Experience and Scheduling Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and engagement of virtual neurologists within our organization鈥檚 network from contract signing until they are put on the schedule. This position is responsible for overseeing and enhancing the overall experience of healthcare providers, building and maintaining strong relationships, and optimizing operational processes to drive provider satisfaction, retention, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Oversee and enhance provider experience from contract signing to scheduling.
路 Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers to boost satisfaction, retention, and compliance.
路 Conduct provider onboarding and training to ensure seamless integration.
路 Act as the primary liaison to address provider inquiries and concerns.
路 Leverage advanced technologies to streamline scheduling and anticipate provider needs.
路 Proactively resolve provider issues and adapt to emerging challenges in healthcare.
路 Develop communication and engagement strategies to keep providers informed and engaged.
路 Utilize provider feedback to improve operational processes and personalize interactions.
1. Provider Relationship Management:
a. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers, acting as the liaison for their needs and concerns.
b. Collaborate with providers to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate communication between providers and relevant departments within the organization and with hospitals/clients.
c. Regularly conduct provider satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
2. Provider Onboarding and Training:
a. Develop and implement an effective onboarding process for new providers to ensure they are well-equipped to navigate our systems and services.
b. Coordinate training sessions or resources to educate providers on our policies, procedures, and best practices.
3. Provider Support and Issue Resolution:
a. Proactively identify and address provider concerns or challenges, working closely with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
4. Provider Engagement and Communication:
a. Develop and execute strategies to enhance provider engagement by forming strong relationships.
b. Establish regular communication channels to keep providers informed about updates, changes, and opportunities within the organization.
5. Performance Metrics and Data Analysis:
a. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to provider satisfaction and regularly analyze data to track progress and identify trends such as less than 7 days to being onboarded from credentials being issued.
b. Use data-driven insights to develop action plans for improving provider experience.
6. Process Improvement:
a. Continuously evaluate and enhance operational processes related to provider interactions and service delivery.
b. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and reduce friction points for providers.
7. Scheduling Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for scheduling over 80 providers nationwide according to contract requirements, credentials, and shift volumes.
Additional Scheduling Responsibilities:
Be available to make scheduling changes in case of an emergency or if a provider needs adjustments to their schedule. Monitor the scheduling system for any missing shifts and promptly assign them to ensure all shifts are efficiently covered. Communicate regularly with providers to address any concerns or issues as they arise, fostering a sense of trust and responsiveness. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all scheduling changes and adjustments to ensure accountability and data integrity.
Qualifications:
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
路 Telemedicine experience
路 Previous experience in provider relations, healthcare management, or a similar role.
路 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
路 Data-driven decision-making and analytical skills.
路 Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
路 Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively.
路 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications.
路 Ability to adapt to changing healthcare landscapes and industry trends.
