• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Financial Services department.
• Ensure accurate, timely and compliant billing and collections.
• Manage and supervise billing and accounts receivable staff.
• Develop policies and procedures related to billing and collection processes.
• Coordinate closely with healthcare facilities and clinic sites.
• Focus on enhancing patient experience throughout financial interactions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Minimum five years of experience in Accounts Receivable/Patient Billing/Cash Management.
• At least two years of accounting or finance experience.
• Minimum three years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Healthcare experience is required.
