This role will oversee daily IT operations, troubleshoot system issues, and work cross-functionally to maintain and improve our technology stack.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with <strong>Okta</strong>, <strong>martech platforms</strong>, <strong>Google Workspace</strong>, <strong>Slack</strong>, <strong>Monday.com</strong>, <strong>Shopify</strong>, <strong>Ai tools</strong>, and <strong>cybersecurity best practices</strong>. Knowledge of <strong>web development</strong> and <strong>domain host management</strong> is a strong plus.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Systems Administration:</strong> Manage and maintain Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, Shopify, and other SaaS tools.</li><li><strong>Identity & Access Management:</strong> Administer Okta for secure user provisioning, authentication, and SSO integrations.</li><li><strong>Martech Support:</strong> Oversee marketing technology tools, ensuring proper integrations, uptime, and performance.</li><li><strong>Cybersecurity:</strong> Implement and maintain security policies, monitor threats, and ensure compliance with best practices.</li><li><strong>Technical Support:</strong> Provide Tier 1–2 technical assistance to staff, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, and escalate when needed.</li><li><strong>Web & Domain Management (Plus):</strong> Support website updates, basic development tasks, and manage DNS/domain hosting platforms.</li><li><strong>Process Improvement:</strong> Document IT processes, create user guides, and recommend system optimizations.</li><li><strong>Vendor & License Management:</strong> Coordinate with third-party vendors for software, hardware, and IT service needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or a related role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Okta</strong>, <strong>Google Workspace</strong>, and <strong>cybersecurity fundamentals</strong>.</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Slack</strong>, <strong>Monday.com</strong>, <strong>Shopify</strong>, and martech tools.</li><li>Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and identity lifecycle management.</li><li>Understanding of cloud-based services and SaaS application management.</li><li>Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications (Plus)</strong></p><ul><li>Basic knowledge of <strong>HTML, CSS, JavaScript</strong>, or other web development technologies.<br>Experience managing <strong>domain hosts</strong> and DNS configurations.</li><li>Exposure to API integrations and automation tools.</li><li>IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Google Workspace Administrator, Okta Certified Professional).</li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.</li><li>High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><p><em>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
