Manager of Customer Partner

The Manager of Customer Partner will be responsible for managing key client relationships, improving customer engagement, and ensuring alignment between operational performance and strategic objectives. This role acts as a trusted advisor to healthcare partners while collaborating with internal teams to deliver measurable improvements.

• Manage strategic client relationships through regular communication on performance results, priorities, initiatives, and operational updates.
• Partner with service delivery and functional leaders to align business objectives, address risks, and execute improvement plans.
• Analyze performance metrics, trends, challenges, and opportunities to develop actionable strategies that improve customer outcomes.
• Translate data-driven insights into recommendations that support operational excellence, client satisfaction, and performance improvements.
• Serve as a customer advocate and change agent by promoting best practices, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify initiatives that enhance operational performance and support the growth and development of revenue cycle teams.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external healthcare partners.
• Monitor customer health, identify potential risks, and proactively develop solutions to maintain strong partnerships.
• Support transformation initiatives by helping clients adopt new processes, technologies, and operational strategies.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced customer relationship professional with strong leadership abilities, healthcare industry knowledge, and a proven ability to manage complex client partnerships. They should be skilled at analyzing performance data, communicating with senior stakeholders, and driving improvements in a collaborative environment.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships, preferably within healthcare, revenue cycle management, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of operational performance management and client success strategies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business plans.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.
