Role Overview

The Manager of Clinical Operations plays a critical role in ensuring clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and consistent quality across a growing network of centers. This individual supports the organization during a period of rapid expansion by driving strong onboarding, integration, and patient safety practices. Working closely with clinical and operational leaders, this role helps maintain continuity, elevate standards of care, and ensure clinical teams are set up for success from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Clinical Onboarding & Integration: Support onboarding of Directors of Nursing (DONs), ensuring structured training, competency validation, and readiness within defined timelines; partner cross-functionally to support clinical integration for new center launches, ensuring policies, workflows, and systems are in place prior to go-live

  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance & Readiness: Maintain compliance with AAAHC, CMS, and state licensure requirements; proactively identify and address risks; support survey and audit readiness; ensure all centers maintain current licensure and accreditation

  • Lead Quality & Patient Safety Initiatives: Support patient safety programs including incident tracking, review, and resolution; identify trends and implement improvements; lead or contribute to quality initiatives with measurable outcomes

  • Deliver Clinical Education & Training: Develop and deliver clinical education programs; ensure required training and competencies are completed on schedule; create scalable training materials and resources

  • Support Operational Excellence: Identify gaps and implement practical solutions; collaborate across clinical and operational teams to ensure consistency and best practices; drive accountability through strong follow-up and execution

What You’ll Bring

  • BSN or equivalent nursing degree required

  • Active, unrestricted RN license

  • 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, quality, or related healthcare roles

  • Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards (AAAHC, CMS, state licensure)

  • Experience supporting multi-site healthcare environments, preferably ambulatory surgery centers or outpatient settings

  • Proven ability to drive initiatives, solve problems proactively, and execute in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Experience developing and delivering clinical training or education programs

Preferred:

  • MSN or degree in healthcare administration

  • CNOR, CASC, or similar certification

  • Experience in multi-site ASC management organizations

  • Familiarity with EMR systems, quality reporting tools, and project management tools
